Description:
Multibond SMX25 Flex & Seal is high quality, neutral, elastic, one component sealant based on the unique SMX® Hybrid Polymer technology developed by Soudal.
Ideal for expansion and connection joints in the building industry, this sealant is designed for reliable sealing in prefabricated constructions and for sealing around window and door frames. It is especially suited to applications where a clean, finished appearance is essential, as it can be overpainted with water‑based paints and varnishes, ensuring seamless integration with surrounding surfaces.
