Description:
Soudafoam MAXTWO HFO HD is a high-density, 2-component polyurethane spray foam specifically developed for professional and industrial applications where greater mechanical strength and compressive resistance are required. Unlike the standard MAXTWO HFO, the HD (High Density) version delivers a tougher, more rigid foam ideal for small-area structural support, floor or roof repairs, and load-bearing insulation tasks.
The foam is produced in-situ using a self-contained, twin-cylinder system. No external power, pressure, or pumps are needed, just connect the hoses to the included spray gun with specially designed nozzles and start applying. The result is a fast expanding, air and watertight foam that remains vapor open, helping prevent moisture buildup while maintaining durability.
Soudafoam MAXTWO HFO HD uses a non-flammable, VOC-free, and ultra-low GWP (<1) propellant and complies with regulations banning harmful CFCs, HCFCs, and HFCs.
Key Difference from Standard MAXTWO HFO:
- MAXTWO HFO HD = High Density → For areas needing mechanical strength & compressive resistance
- MAXTWO HFO = Standard version → For general insulation, filling, and sealing without structural load
Features and Benefits:
- High density, fast expanding spray foam for heavy-duty applications
- Provides strong compressive strength (~140 kPa) for load-bearing areas
- Air and watertight for long-term performance
- Self-contained twin-cylinder system
- Portable and disposable tanks for easy use
- Precision spray gun and nozzles for consistent, high-quality foam
- Non-flammable, VOC-free formula for safer handling
- Designed for small roof/floor patches, structural insulation, and heavy-duty sealing
