Smart Foam with Genius Applicator: Game-Changing Control
Our Smart Expanding foam with the genius applicator is a game-changer for those looking to achieve a high-end professional foam fill without the need for a separate applicator gun. Every tradie – no matter their level of experience – can use the precision nozzle to apply foam easily and accurately with just one hand. You can bead foam from 10mm to 50mm wide while retaining control over foam flow, and reuse it up to six weeks after it’s initially opened. Smart foam is also water resistant, will not shrink or expand, and is fast curing.
Pro Foam: High Bond Strength for Tough Applications
Our Pro foam range, including an expanding foam aerosol and click & fix, is great for mounting and sealing doorframes and windows, filling cavities around pipes, roof construction and connecting insulation materials. Once cured, it can be cut, sanded, plastered or covered with sealant.
Flexi Foam: Unique Flexibility for Moving Structures
Flexi foam is the leading flexible foam in New Zealand, allowing for structural movement while offering excellent acoustic and thermal benefits with minimal wastage. Create a long-lasting airtight and moisture-proof seal around frequently used doors and windows that won’t crack or disintegrate over time. It’s great for filling cavities and can withstand movement generated by your surrounding environment, including temperature changes. With an acoustic rating of 60dB, Flexi Foam will reduce noise and also minimise heat transfer, so your building is more energy efficient.
Fire Rated Foams: Up to 240 Minutes of Protection
Fire rated foams (up to 240 mins when applied in accordance with testing data) are available in both Click & Fix, and Aerosol formats. They provide an efficient seal to slow the spread of smoke and gas, and form a high strength bond to most substrates. Again, they will not shrink or expand once cured, and the foam can be painted over once set. Fire rated foams also provide high thermal and acoustic insulation.
MS Foam: Isocyanate-Free and Ideal for Healthy Homes
As a global innovator, Soudal has developed the first isocyanate-free expanding foam in the world if a low VOC green build solution is required to meet healthy home standards. Soudal MS foam uses a moisture-curing system and performs best on moderately wet, porous surfaces such as wood, concrete and stone. On non-porous surfaces, the best performance is achieved when the surface is almost dry and when the joint/cavity is less than 7.5cm deep.

Yes. Once cured, trim and sand the foam, then apply plaster, render or paint. Use a suitable primer if painting. Do not coat uncured foam.
Dampen the substrate lightly, apply in thin passes, and allow each bead to expand before adding more. Use a gun-grade foam with adjustable flow for better control.
No primer is usually required. Lightly misting with clean water improves adhesion and cure. Remove dust, oils and loose material before foaming.
Yes. Use a certified fire-rated foam where a fire resistance level is specified. Always install to the system detail and keep paperwork for compliance.
Skins in 8 to 15 minutes. Cuttable in 30 to 60 minutes. Full cure within 12 to 24 hours, faster in warm, humid conditions.
